Most people jump straight to the hard part. That's backwards. Your body has to be ready for it first.

Wired but tired? Feel like everything sets you off? Think of a smoke alarm that won't stop going off. You can't cook dinner until it quiets down. Month one helps settle your stress response, so your body has room to do anything else.

Think of your energy like a bank account. Stress makes withdrawals all day long. Month two makes deposits: minerals and the reserves your body leans on, so you're not running on empty when it's time to clear.

Moving things out is the easy part. Making sure they actually leave is what counts. So we go in order: support healthy bile flow to open the exits, support glutathione to fuel the cleanup crew, and use a binder to catch what gets moved.

Your body can only use what it absorbs. So we use strips that dissolve in your mouth, glutathione you hold under your tongue, and chelated minerals (minerals bound to amino acids, a form your body recognizes). [CONFIRM: Elemental Edge minerals are chelated]
